Includes images relating to Women’s Liberation campaigns (including a Glasgow WLM group), pro-choice rallies, demos and community aid connected to the Miners’ Strike, the Troubles, News International/Wapping dispute, various industrial actions, the Anti-Apartheid Movement in the UK, COHSE and NUPE demos against NHS privatisation, protests against cuts to public services, LGBTQ+ protests (e.g. Section 28 & ‘Stop the Clause’ protests, Lesbian Strength 1985), and much more.
