This voucher is a certificate that proved that Dorothy Dick passed her second examination in nursing. Usually, she would have received a bronze medallion, but because of limited supplies, she received a certificate that could be exchanged for a medallion "after cessation of hostilities."

The album is full of photographs from Catherine Morrison’s working life and travels in Aberdeen, Cruden Bay, Ceylon, Bombay, and Egypt. Most photographs are annotated, and the album contains images of buildings, landscapes, portraits of local people (mainly women and children), animals in Cairo Zoo, boats and ships, and co-workers and friends.
