This handbook was published by the Home Office Air Raid Precautions Department. The book is primarily for members of air raid precautions service, in an attempt to protect citizens from air attacks. Published in 1937.

This voucher is a certificate that proved that Dorothy Dick passed her second examination in nursing. Usually, she would have received a bronze medallion, but because of limited supplies, she received a certificate that could be exchanged for a medallion "after cessation of hostilities."

This is a letter from the Glasgow Transport Department informing Dorothy Dick that she had passed her driving test, and was added to the list of ambulance drivers. The letter is on letterhead from the Transport Department.

This is a memorandum from Colonel James A Crothers to all military personnel and civilian employees in the XXVI district. The memorandum is an announcement that the Colonel was transferring to a different district. He also thanks everyone for their hard work and expresses his sadness that he was leaving.

This series includes documents relating to her career as well as several different manuals.

Order of Service for a Remembrance Service for British and Indian Troops involved in WW1 and WW2. The service took place in Japan on the 11th of November, 1945. The pamphlet gives information about prayers, lessons, and hymns delivered.

Invoice dated 30th December 1939 issued by Boyd Cooper (tailor), London, to Miss C. M. [sic] Morrison, Sister for £22 12 shillings and 1 pence. This covered the cost of uniform ordered from Boyd Cooper, and lists the items ordered and their individual costs.

Envelope addressed to Miss C. C. R. Morrison T.A.N.S, at Abergele. It is postmarked Dundee; the letter is missing.

This photograph album has a brown snakeskin effect cover with grey card pages. The album is full of photographs from Catherine Morrison’s working life and travels in Aberdeen, Cruden Bay, Ceylon, Bombay, and Egypt. Most photographs are annotated, and the album contains images of buildings, landscapes, portraits of local people (mainly women and children), animals in Cairo Zoo, boats and ships, and co-workers and friends.
