This diary has a brown, leather cover with the title ‘Five Year Diary’ embossed in the top left hand corner. There is a loose page for blotting ink between the front cover and first page. The name C. C. R. Morrison and a Dundee address are given on the first page.

This pamphlet has ‘C. C. R. Morrison’ written in ink on the front cover. Information included within the pamphlet includes information about administration of the medical services, regimental medical establishments, the Army Dental Corps, evacuation and methods of estimating numbers of casualties, recording casualties, and employment of medical services in the field.
